Terms of Service

Effective date: June 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juju mobile application (the "App"), operated by Juju ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at august.liu2@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (posts, photos, comments, etc., "User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the App and as directed by your own privacy/visibility settings.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it, and that it does not violate any law or any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Use the App to spam, scrape, or harvest data about other users
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. Events created through the App

Juju is a platform that lets users create and discover events. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the conduct of any event, its attendees, or its organizer. You attend and host events at your own risk and are responsible for complying with any applicable laws (including venue, safety, and permit requirements).

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juju and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
